Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final
Once your order is confirmed, tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded by the buyer. Not attending the event (a “no-show”) does not entitle you to a refund. Please check the event details, date and your availability before paying.
If we cancel an event
Every paid order is refunded automatically and in full — you do not need to ask. The refund goes back to the original payment method and typically reaches you within 5–7 business days of initiation, depending on your bank. A credit note against your tax invoice is issued for every refund.
If an event is rescheduled
Your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, email [email protected] from the contact details used on the order within 7 days of the reschedule announcement and we will refund the order in full.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money was debited but you did not receive a ticket, the payment is refunded automatically by our reconciliation process, typically within 5–7 business days. Duplicate charges for the same order are likewise refunded automatically. If a refund hasn't reached you after 7 business days, contact support with your order ID and payment reference.
Fees
Any convenience or booking fee shown separately at checkout is non-refundable, except when we cancel the event or a payment fails as described above.
