1. Who we are

hatke.party is owned and operated by Known Click Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62090GJ2025PTC164167, GSTIN 24AALCK9522H1ZC), registered at F203 Second Floor, Svayam Sapphire, Opp. Madhuban Resort, Tarapur-Sojitra Road, Anand 388121, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”, “the organizer”). We sell tickets to events that we organize and list on this website. By placing an order or attending an event, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Tickets and entry

  • Your ticket is a QR code delivered to the phone number and/or email you provide at checkout. Keep it private — anyone holding the QR code can attempt entry, and the first valid scan admits; later scans of the same ticket are refused.
  • One ticket admits one person once. Re-entry is at the event's discretion as stated at the venue.
  • Entry requirements specific to an event — including any minimum age — are stated on that event's page and form part of these terms. Where an age limit applies, a valid government photo ID must be shown at the door.
  • Tickets may not be resold or offered commercially. We may cancel, without refund, tickets we reasonably believe were resold.
  • Right of admission is reserved. We or venue security may refuse entry or remove any person for unsafe, unlawful or abusive behaviour, intoxication, or breach of venue rules — without refund.

3. Pricing, payment and invoices

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise on the event page, are inclusive of GST. Any convenience or booking fee is shown separately before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
  • Your order is confirmed only when the payment is confirmed to us by Razorpay; a tax invoice is issued for every confirmed order.
  • If money is debited but your order does not confirm, the amount is refunded automatically — see the Refund Policy.

4. Cancellations, changes and refunds

  • All sales are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded by the buyer, except as described in the Refund Policy.
  • If we cancel an event, every paid order is refunded in full automatically.
  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date; if you cannot attend, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.
  • Line-up, artists, set times and similar programme details may change; such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

5. Conduct and safety

  • You must comply with venue rules, security instructions and applicable law, including the prohibition laws in force in Gujarat. Illegal substances, weapons and outside food or beverages are prohibited.
  • Where an event advertises food and beverages, these are non-alcoholic unless the event page explicitly states a licensed exception.
  • You attend at your own risk. Bags and persons may be checked at entry.

6. Photography and recording

Events may be photographed or recorded by the organizer for promotion. By attending, you consent to appearing incidentally in such material. Professional recording equipment requires our prior written permission.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with an order or event is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings at events, or for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including government directions, natural events, or venue or utility failures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Anand, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time — the version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
